Kirkland Residence Hall, home to 68 students during the school year, underwent a complete renovation in the Summer of 2006. Interior alterations include upgraded finishes throughout, new bathrooms on each floor, an upgraded lounge on the lowest level and four new loft apartments on the top floor. Two of the apartments have large arched top windows providing spectacular views of the campus, making them one of the most desirable student housing locations available. Exterior alterations include new concrete steps at each of the two main entrances and a new handicap accessible ramp on the north side of the building.
