Phase 1 of this project included asbestos abatement, re-roofing, and upgrades to the Toilet Rooms, Gym and Locker Rooms, Kitchen, Cafeteria, Corridors, and Mechanical Room.

Gymnasium components feature new flooring, bleachers, equipment, climbing wall and folding partition. Exterior improvements include the development of a new bus loop and student drop-off/parking lot.
