The 50,000 square foot Utica National Insurance Building is the first new structure for Downtown Utica in over 30 years. With this in mind, the building was designed to not only meet the functional needs of Utica National, but to also be an urban design asset for the City. The two-story facility houses over 200 people working in a number of the company's operating units. The building's exterior plaza leads to a glassed foyer, which displays an antique fire truck. All office space is served by state-of-the-art under-floor air, power, data and communications systems.
