Construction of the 6,000 sqft addition to Utica First Insurance Company headquarters in Oriskany, NY is complete. The addition includes a 120-person capacity “working” Café with a full Kitchenette , a 90-seat state of the art Employee Training Center, new restrooms as well as new Executive Conference and Dining Rooms in the existing portion of the building. The “working” Café is a non-traditional design of the typical office lunchroom and doubles as an informal conference room/break out space with several furniture zones that allow for multiple teams to utilize the space simultaneously.
