MARCH Associates, along with its sub consultants provided both design and construction services. The project included the addition of new team/visitor locker room(s), an area for referees and a first aid room. The project also included the replacement of the concrete slab and expansion of the ice surface, as well as trusses, new lighting, mechanical and related ice making systems, new dasher boards, players/penalty boxes, and doors and gates. The existing combustible wooden plank bleachers were removed and non-combustible vinyl clad steel seats and aluminum aisles, steps, and riser boards were provided. New additional grandstand seating was also included. Exterior improvements included insulation and new siding on the existing building to create a new façade. Metal siding over insulation was installed both vertically and horizontally.
